Welcome to Battle of the Tribes. By downloading, installing, or using this game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Battle of the Tribes, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Battle of the Tribes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the game or its content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use cheats, bots, or any unauthorized third-party software
• Sell, transfer, or sublicense your account or in-game items

3. Premium Subscription

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Your subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription period unless required by applicable law
• Daily crystals (100 per day) must be manually claimed within the app each day — unclaimed crystals do not carry over

4. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until that date.

5. In-App Purchases

All purchases made within Battle of the Tribes are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google depending on your platform.

Refunds and In-Game Benefits

If a subscription purchase is refunded by Apple or Google, any in-game benefits already granted (including daily crystals collected during the subscription period) will not be reversed or removed. The subscription will be deactivated upon refund processing, and no further benefits will be provided. We are not responsible for refund decisions made by Apple App Store or Google Play.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use Battle of the Tribes to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other players
• Use inappropriate or offensive usernames
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards or ratings through unfair means
• Interfere with the normal operation of the game or servers

7. Virtual Currency & Items

Crystals and other virtual items in Battle of the Tribes have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Virtual items are licensed to you, not sold, and may be modified or removed at any time.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu in the app or by visiting our Account Deletion page.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Battle of the Tribes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions, data loss, or damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the past 12 months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the competent courts of Ukraine.
