All your progress, heroes, rating, and crystals will be permanently deleted.
How to Delete Your Account In-App
You can delete your account directly in the game:
Step 1
Open Battle of the Tribes on your device.
Step 2
Tap the ⚙️ Settings icon in the main menu.
Step 3
Scroll down and tap "Delete Data".
Step 4
Confirm deletion in the popup dialog.
What Data Will Be Deleted
- Player profile (name, rating, crystals)
- Game history and statistics (total games, wins)
- Purchased and unlocked heroes
- Leaderboard entry
- All cloud save data
- Account authentication links (Google Play Games / Apple)
What Data Will Be Retained
The following minimal data may be retained after account deletion:
- Crash logs — up to 90 days (for stability monitoring)
- Anonymized analytics — up to 26 months (no personal identifiers)
All personal data (profile, progress, identifiers) is permanently removed within 30 days of your request.
Request Deletion by Email
If you are unable to delete your account in-app, you can request
deletion by contacting us via email. Please include your in-game
nickname so we can identify your account.
We will process your request within 30 days.
